The Debbie Buboltz-Bodle Collection contains an assortment of materials accumulated by Debbie Buboltz-Bodle while she researched and wrote a biography of Philip S. Miller. The biography, "Philip S. Miller: Banker, Butcher, Benefactor: His Life and Legacy in Douglas County, Colorado", was self-published in 1998. A portion of materials originally belonged to Elizabeth (Bette) Gilbert Saunders, who gave the materials to Ms. Buboltz-Bodle during the writing of the book. The bulk of materials are in the form of research scrapbooks contained in binders including detailed notes, drafts, correspondence, and narratives written by various members of the local historical society and local historians. There are also photographs of Gilbert and Saunders family members.
