Hattie Kelty oral history interview consists of Hattie (Grandma) Kelty's reminiscences of the early days of Franktown and Russelville, contact with Native Americans, and readings from books and papers about Franktown's history. She was 89 at the time of the interview. There is information about the 1864 Indian Massacre and Conrad Moschel who was killed during this time. There are also stories about trading with the local Native Americans and some of their cultural practices.
