Parker Newcomers Club scrapbook collection
Scope and Contents
Collection includes fourteen (14) albums of photographs, news clippings, and ephemera dated 1977-2010. Many pages within the scrapbooks were hand-crafted and contain cut photographs and annotations. The scrapbooks, as a whole, reflect the events and activities of the Parker Newcomers Club in and around the Parker area.

Physical access to Archives & Local History material is non-circulating, requires staff retrieval and is available by appointment during normal library hours.
Historical Note
According to the Parker Newcomers Club website: the organization was founded in 1973 by Liel Graham and its mission is to provide new friendships, activities, social contacts, and a welcome to the women of Parker.
